Although the South have yet to register a point from their opening three games, victory over the third placed Scarlets would keep them in with an outside chance of reaching the final as they did in the inaugural season.
However, if the Scarlets can muster an away win in Ely, they will leapfrog the Ospreys and assume second place with two games remaining.
The two U18 games see the Dragons take on the Blues at Abertillery Park whilst the Ospreys travel to Narberth to face the Scarlets.
The Ospreys and Blues will meet in the December 29th final with the Dragons and Scarlets left to battle it out for third place on the same day.
