Cardiff Blues host the Dragons at Cardiff Arms Park (7.15pm KO) and will go into the fixture full of confidence after a great warm up win over their Northampton Saints counterparts. The side are led by Coleg y Cymoedd No 8

The Under 16 RAG tournament kicked-off last weekend when Scarlets East met RGC at Maes y Gwendraeth. The home side came out on top 35-19.
There are three more Under 16 fixtures on Wednesday, 22 August as the other teams get involved. Dragons Red host Blues South at Ystrad Mynach (KO 7.15pm), Blues North tackle Ospreys West at Sardis Road (KO 7.15pm) and Scarlets West get into action against Dragons Black at St Clears (KO 7.00pm).
