The Whites stormed to an early 19-0 lead with winger Ffion Bowen racing over twice and fellow Wales representative Kerin Lake adding a third try, with Bethan Preece adding two conversions.
The Whites were in control for the first half with scrum half Keira Bevan setting up Bowen for a first half hat-trick before full back, Rosie Fletcher, on debut for the Whites, made her mark with the first of her two tries of the afternoon, Preece was back on target to take the score to 31-5.
Tash Francis scored for Whitland to stop the one-way traffic but when Bevan darted over, Swansea were comfortably 38-5 ahead at the break.
With the bench getting their chance, Swansea began the second half as they left off, despite being a player down. It wasn’t long before Fletcher grabbed her second of the afternoon followed by Preece who added to an impressive points tally, by crossing the whitewash herself and converting her effort to bring up the half century mark.
With the whole bench used, the game took on a more broken appearance and Whitland were able to grab a late try through Mari Griffiths to add to a penalty try and put a slightly better gloss on the score from their viewpoint.
