All girls are welcome to attend any or all of these sessions. No experience is necessary and there will be qualified coaches present.

The regional coaches will be looking for potential new players for the regional squads at these sessions. The sessions may run slightly longer than advertised if necessary.

It’s fun and it’s free! All girls are advised to wear suitable clothing and bring trainers or rugby boots. Don’t forget to bring snacks and drinks.
