A friend introduced Rose to rugby aged 16 at Wimbourne RFC before she spent 12 years with Trojans. She was invited to join Saracens in the summer of 2019, converted to tighthead prop and was called up by Wales in 2021.
Donna gave up a job as a carpenter to commit to trugby full time.
