In 2022 Llandaff skipper Scott Delnevo kicked his side to victory at Principality Stadium to win the WRU Youth Bowl title against Lampter.
He has also tasted success with Cardiff & Vale College in 2023 where he was in the side that were crowned WRU Welsh Schools and Colleges champions for the second year running and represented Wales at the World Schools Festival in Thailand.
He has previously represented Wales at U18 level and plays his club rugby with Aberavon.
