Scarfe came through the club ranks with Penallta and currently plays in the Welsh Championship with Pontypool. He figured prominently for Pooler in the Wesh Championship this season where the Gwent outfi claimed the league and cup double to earn promotion to the Welsh Premiership.
He scored on his Wales U20 debut against Ireland in the opening round of the 2023 Six Nations championship at Stadiwm CSM.
