In his second season with Wales U20, Morgan has put on hold his apprenticeship in engineering in Llansamlet to concentrate fully on his rugby career with the Scarlets.
The former Coleg Sir Gar pupil is a former captain of Wales U18s and possess all the major attributes required in the modern game. He is a strong ball carrier, great hands and isn’t afraid of putting his body on the line for the cause of the team and is the captain of Wales 20 for this season.
