The Cardiff Blues academy full-back was included in the Wales U20 Six Nations squad in 2019 having graduated from Wales U18.

A constant counter-attacking threat from deep, he has also played on the wing for Wales U20.

First rose to prominence in 2018 when he starred for Wales U18 at Sardis Road in a defeat to arch enemy England. His eye-catching defence and well taken try gained plaudits from both sets of fans.
