Jon Williams

Jon Williams is the national squad nutritionist and provides nutrition support for the four welsh regions. He has over 15 years experience working in professional sport at the highest level including premiership football teams and acting as consultant nutritionist to the British and Irish Lions 2013.

His focus is working closely with all national squad players in achieving peak performance. Jon oversees the national age grade nutrition and regional academy nutrition to help develop players of the future.

Jon is also director of Pro Athlete Supplementation Ltd whose isotonic ProIso is an offical supplier to the WRU and hydration choice of our teams.
