Comfortable at either full-back or on the wing, Mee was voted player and overall player of the 2023-24 Rugby Championship season for Nottingham.
Mee, who qualifies for Wales via his Newport mother, signed for the Scarlets in May 2024, making his first appearance on 31 August 2024 in a pre-season friendly against Carmarthen Quins.
His competitive debut came on 21 September 2024 in the opening round of the 2024-25 United Rugby Championship against the Ospreys. He also featured for Llandovery in Super Rygbi Cymru before returning to the Scarlets and produced some eye-catching performances to be one of two uncapped players named in Warren Gatland’s Welsh squad for the 2025 Guinness Six Nations.
