What happens after you apply to Vodafone clubs.connected?
  1. Application Review
    Your application will be assessed to confirm eligibility. It may take up to a year before your club is onboarded onto the clubs.connected programme. This could be dependent on infrastructure upgrades, existing contract end dates and availability.
  2. Order & Contract
    If eligible, your order will be processed, and a contract will be sent for signature.
  3. Welcome Communication
    Once your services are confirmed, you’ll receive a welcome message with key details.
  4. Equipment Delivery & Go-Live Date
    Your equipment will be shipped, and you’ll be notified of your service activation date.
  5. Setup & Activation
    On your go-live date, follow the instructions provided with your equipment to get started.
  6. Enjoy Free Connectivity
    Benefit from 12 months of free connectivity as part of the programme.
  7. Toolkit & Vodafone clubs.connected Benefits
    You’ll receive a toolkit outlining:

When will I hear from someone?

A member of the Vodafone team will be in touch within 28 days of submitting your application.

What if I've just renewed my broadband contract?

Vodafone will commission a new installation as part of the clubs.connected programme. Clubs can continue to use their existing broadband service alongside Vodafone’s service. It is entirely at the club’s discretion if and when they choose to cancel their existing provider.

If a club decides to cancel an existing contract before it ends, any cancellation or early termination fees charged by the current provider remain the club’s responsibility.

Club member savings and offers

Vodafone Advantage is a benefits scheme available for club employees or members on the Vodafone clubs.connected programme.

If you are an employee or member of a participating club on the Vodafone clubs.connected programme, you can benefit from exclusive savings and offers on Vodafone Mobile and Broadband plans on our award-winning network*.

Once your club has registered with Vodafone, club employees and club members can apply to create an account by submitting their full name and email address via the application portal. During the registration process, applicants will be required to provide proof of employment. For club members, this requirement relates specifically to proof of membership. Applicants must upload one of the following items as an acceptable proof of membership:

  • A valid club membership card
  • Evidence of membership subscription payment, including a payment receipt or confirmation email
  • Written confirmation of membership status issued by the club secretary or an authorised club representative

Applications will not be approved without the submission of valid supporting documentation.

Business owner offers

As a member of a participating club on the Vodafone clubs.connected programme, club sponsors and members who are business owners can access the best available offers on Vodafone Business products.

Business owners can request a call back. In the ‘Company name’ field, business owners should reference: ‘Their company name – clubs.connected’.

What happens after the 12-month period?

As your 12-month free connectivity period comes to an end, Vodafone will get in touch to discuss your options. You’ll have the choice to:

  • Renew your services or
  • Cancel your contract at the end of the term with no obligation
Who can apply to join Vodafone clubs.connected?

Any community rugby club who are part of the Welsh Rugby Union is eligible to apply.   Clubs can apply at any time whilst the Vodafone clubs.connected programme is open for a period of 12 months.

Terms and Conditions

By completing this form, you agree that:

1) Vodafone will use your details to process your Vodafone clubs.connected application and provide programme benefits. We may share your information with the Welsh Rugby Union for eligibility checks. Your data will be handled securely and only for programme purposes. For full details, including your rights, please read our privacy policy – www.vodafone.co.uk/privacy.

2) The club and all users will comply with relevant terms and conditions for the associated benefits, including VEB terms and conditions (vodafone.co.uk/terms-and-conditions-business/Business/service-terms/Service-Terms/Enterprise-Broadband/), Vodafone Advantage terms and conditions and/or third-party terms and conditions (for example, match tickets).

3)Vodafone reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw the Services at any time.

4) Vodafone has discretion as to (a) which clubs are successful in their application and (b) which benefits are provided.  In particular, Vodafone reserves the right to make alterations to the time, date, duration, venue or other details of the engagement package.  Vodafone will aim to notify successful clubs via email within 28 days of this application.

5) Membership means rugby clubs in Wales and certain affiliated organisations in accordance with the provisions of the Welsh Rugby Union’s Governance Statement.

6) There is a limit on the number of discount codes/vouchers per beneficiary e.g., a total of six discount codes for mobile and 1 voucher for HBB.

7)  Insofar as is permitted by law, Vodafone will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate your club or accept any liability for any: (a) Loss or damage occurring as a result of your club taking up the Offer; or (b) Personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Offer except where it is caused by the negligence of Vodafone.

8) These terms are governed by English law and any dispute (whether contractual or non-contractual) arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
