Scrum half Sian Jones, centre Savannah Picton-Powell and wing Nia Fajeyisan have been called up to the national squad for the Vodafone Wales WXV Series at Cardiff Arms Park this September.
Prop Donna Rose (ankle), centres Kelsie Webster (hand) and Hanna Tudor (foot), have all been withdrawn from the squad due to injury.
Wales face South Africa and USA in the first two home games of the Vodafone Wales WXV Series before they travel to face Japan in two Test matches.
Picton-Powell and Fajeyisan are both uncapped and have played in the Celtic Challenge for Brython Thunder and Gwalia Lightning respectively.
