Botham (3 caps), made his international debut last autumn. He started two games at blindside and one game at openside flanker.
Williams (31 caps), featured three times for Wales last autumn.
Halaholo (uncapped) joined Cardiff Blues in 2016 and was named in Wayne Pivac’s first Wales squad at the end of 2019 but had to withdraw through injury before the squad met up.
