Centre Owen Watkin along with forwards Nicky Smith, Adam Beard and Justin Tipuric have been released to the Ospreys who take on Southern Kings at Liberty Stadium on Friday in a Guinness PRO14 clash.

Cardiff Blues, who tackle Munster on Saturday, have had scrum half Tomos Williams and forward trio Dillon Lewis, Seb Davies and Ellis Jenkins released while hooker Ryan Elias and flanker James Davies head back to the Scarlets who travel to Dublin to take on Leinster.

The remaining player released is Hallam Amos who has returned to the Dragons who host Benetton Treviso on Sunday at Rodney Parade.
