Penlan RFC v Resolven RFC – Liam Richards – 26-Nov-16 – Law 10.4.A                        
Mid Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 week deduction for the player’s apology and clean disciplinary record).  Liam Richards may resume playing on 11 January 2017.

Mid Range (MR).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 2 week deduction for the player’s apology and clean disciplinary record).  Gavin Bennett may resume playing on 11 January 2017.
 
Kenfig Hill RFC v Seven Sisters RFC – Jack Matthews – 26-Nov-16 – Two Yellow Cards                         
No further action.  Sending off sufficient for receiving two yellow cards for technical offences.  Jack Matthews may continue playing the Game. 
 
Dunvant RFC 2nd XV RFC v Waunarlwydd 2nd XV RFC – Dai Norman – 26-Nov-16 – Law 10.4.M (acts contrary to good sportsmanship)/Law 10.4.F – charging Lower End (LE).   Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Dai Norman may resume playing on 18 January 2017. 
 
Dunvant RFC 2nd XV RFC v Waunarlwydd 2nd XV RFCThomas Eaton – 26-Nov-16 – Law 10.4.A                  
The Panel noted from the referee’s report that the player barely made contact with his opponent and felt the sending off was sufficient.  No further action.   Thomas Eaton may continue playing the game.  
 
Llangollen RFC v Wrexham RFCEdwards Rhys Evans – 3-Dec-16 – Law 10.4.E                      
Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 6 weeks but 2 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record  and immediate apology).  Edwards Rhys Evans may resume playing on 18 January 2017. 
 
Swansea University RFC v Kings College London RFC – Craig Hudd – 30-Nov-16 – Law 10.4.A                           
Top End (TE).  Six (6) week suspension (initially 8 weeks but 2 weeks deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record and immediate apology).  Craig Hudd may resume playing on 1 February 2017.
 
Oakedale RFC v Llanhilleth RFC – Jamie Dean Foreshaw – 3-Dec-16 – Law 10.4.A                   
Lower  End (LE).  Five (5) week suspension (initially 2 weeks but 2 weeks added for the player’s previous disciplinary record but 1 week was then deducted for the player’s apology).  Jamie Dean Foreshaw may resume playing on 25 January 2017.

Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean record).  Sam Williams may resume playing on 18 January 2017.

Mid Range (MR).  Four (4) week suspension (initially 5 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean record). Macauley Dimmick may resume playing on 18 January 2017.

Mid Range (MR).  Five (5) week suspension (initially 8 weeks but 3 weeks deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record and apology during and after the game).  Patrick McBride may resume playing on 25 January 2017.
 
Newport Saracens RFC v Whiteheads RFC – Robinson Stevens – 3-Dec-16 – Two Yellow Cards                        
Sending off sufficient for receiving two yellow cards for technical offences.  Robinson Stevens may continue playing.
 
Pembroke Dock Quins RFC v Llangwm RFCAled Lewis Morgan – 3-Dec-16 – Law 10.4.A                  
Lower End (LE).  Three (3) week suspension (initially 2 weeks but 2 weeks added for the fact the player entered the field of play to join the melee but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Aled Lewis Morgan may resume playing on 11 January 2017.

Lower End (LE).  One (1) week suspension (initially 2 weeks but 1 week deduction for the player’s clean disciplinary record).  Yale Grice may resume playing on 28 December 2016.

Lower End (LE).  Six (6) week suspension (initially 2 weeks but 4 weeks added for the player’s previous disciplinary record Josh Hicks may resume playing on 1 February 2017.
