Before you put ANY copy into content express, ensure you have used Notepad (flow your copy from word, in to Notepad – this takes out all the extra spaces and any bugs in word – you physically can’t see them, but if you DON’T do this, and paste copy straight in from word, occasionally when it appears on the web, the print appears way too big – by using Notepad this takes out any chance of that happening).
