“I have lived in Rhiwbina my whole life and played for their juniors aged between 11-15.  I had four great years for the Squirrels and it’s great to hear the junior section is doing so well now.

“It’s great to have such a successful club in my local area and credit has to go to all involved at Rhiwbina RFC for making it the club it is today.

“Club rugby is so important to the game and Rhiwbina has set a fantastic example throughout.

“I know a lot of the guys at the club and can often be seen watching the 1sts or 2nds team from behind the posts with my dog Ledley!

“Making the final has been the topic of conversation at the local Juboraj curry house in the heart of Rhiwbina and I wish the club all the luck in the world, as does the rest of the village.

“Good luck to the Squizzers, bring it home!”
