The Brave Blossoms have never beaten a major nation but they enter the second and final Test on the back of a sterling performance last weekend which saw them give Robin McBryde’s side a big scare before Wales edged a hard fought encounter 18-22.

The Six Nations champions have made four changes for the finale while Japan welcome back captain Toshiaki Hirose, the right wing who has been out since April with injury.

“I’m really glad to be back. I’m excited to play a game. We lost the previous game by only four points. I really want to win this time,” said Hirose.
