Jones starts at prop following his shoulder operation as Llanelli look to build on a good win against Bridgend last week.

Burry Port boy Craig Cross also makes a return on the bench and further good news sees flanker Lewis Rawlins and wing Alec Jenkins start amongst the replacements.

The fourth player returning from long term injury is young Academy player Dion Jones who makes Principality Premiership debut on the wing.

Ryan Jones starts at scrum half with Rhys Lane covering on the bench. Jones will be partnered by outside half Diggy Bird.

Skipper Adam Powell partners Joel Galley in the second row and young Daniel Thomas, who featured prominently out in Munster last Sunday, plays at 7.

Aberavon sit one place off bottom placed Swansea and will be looking for a win to kick start their season.

Away from the Talbot Athletic Ground, the Wizards are still looking for their first win this season having lost five games, whilst Llanelli have won all four of their games at Parc Y Scarlets.
