The Ospreys make their first appearance at the Liberty Stadium since winning the title against Ulster on the second-week of the season, as Tommy Bowe returns to his former region.
The first Welsh derby will take place on 14/15/16 September with the Blues travelling to Rodney Parade.
During the Festive season the Dragons host the Ospreys at Chirstmas, while the Blues will travel to Parc y Scarlets.
The New Year’s derbies will feature Blues v Dragons and Ospreys v Scarlets at the Liberty Stadium.
Dates and kick-off times for all fixtures have yet to be confirmed.
