During the halftime break Beijing Olympic medal winners Tom James, Geraint Thomas and David Davies will make a special appearance.
James won gold in the rowing as a member of the coxless fours while Thomas pedalled his way to victory in the Team Pursuit event with Davies claiming a silver medal in the 10k Open Water swimming event.
Beijing Paralympics medal winners will also be on show with gold medallists Simon Richardson (cycling), David Roberts and Liz Johnson (both swimming) being joined by silver medallists Nyree Lewis and Gareth Duke who also claimed their medals in the pool.
