In the pack Mike grimes starts at No.8 after impressing on Wednesday against Llandovery. Sam Warburton returns after his huge effort against Neath and Scott Andrews takes his place at tight-head prop after coming on as a replacement at half time in the Konica Minolta Cup semi-final.

In the backs, one of last week’s try scorers, Welsh U18 full-back James Loxton returns. After a lay-off through injury Luke Ford returns to the centre to partner James Thomas who is in impressive form since his return.
