Glasgow take down the Blues

The Warriors were the more focussed side in the first half, pinning the Blues in their own twenty-two zone and soon capitilized with a superb penalty from Colin Gregor. The Blues fought back but were unable to convert their efforts into points.

After the restart it was the Warriors again who came out the strongest and added more points to the board with a try for hooker Fergus Thomson. The Blues managed to claw back three points but the Warriors kept the pressure on and when substitute Mark Lewis was sin binned they used the advantage to cross the line again.

Sam Pinder and Colin Gregor then made sure of the win with another try and conversion.
