ERC have worked with the Cardiff ’06 partners – the Millennium Stadium, WRU, Wales Tourist Board, Wales Assembly Government and Cardiff City Council – to create a European Festival of Rugby for the Heineken Cup final weekend. Cardiff will be buzzing for the weekend with highlights including a Continental Market and Water Ski Championship in Cardiff Bay and a European Street Festival in the City Centre.
