DRAGONS UNVEIL NEW SPONSOR
Under the terms of the agreement, Flogas, one of the largest LPG (Liquified Petroleum Gas) suppliers in the UK will appear across the front of The Dragons shirt as well as on the reverse for the 2005/06 season with an option to renew for the 2006/07 season.
Flogas UK Ltd is one of the largest companies within the UK LPG market following steady growth over the last twenty years. Flogas deliver to thousands of customers nationwide throughout the year who rely on LPG for a wide range of uses. They also sell a comprehensive range of LPG equipment products to both business and domestic users.
Managing Director of Flogas Paddy Kilmartin said: ‘We believe the association with the Newport Gwent Dragons is a fantastic one for the Flogas brand. We are looking forward to developing a relationship with The Dragons and its supporters who are passionate about the game.’
Flogas also sponsor one of English rugby’s prominent team’s the Leicester Tigers. Paddy continued: ‘In sponsoring the Newport Gwent Dragons and Leicester Tigers we believe we are associated with two sides in Welsh and English rugby who are ambitious, keen to develop young players and are professional in their approach on and off field.’
