WRU PRESS RELEASE
The Welsh Rugby Union is pleased to announce that negotiations with the Newport Gwent Dragons regarding the WRU Participation Agreement have reached a satisfactory conclusion. The Dragons have become the fourth and final Region to sign the five year Agreement.
