WELSH RUGBY UNION PRESS STATEMENT
The Preliminary Hearing regarding the charges of doping offences under the WRU’s anti-doping regulations arising out of the alleged refusal of the Penygraig RFC 22-player match day squad to submit to doping control tests on 14 May, 2003, at the Silver Ball final will be held at the Millennium Stadium, Cardiff, on Wednesday, 9 July, 2003.
The Full Hearing before the Special Disciplinary Panel, which will be chaired by Patrick Harrington QC, will be held on 28 and 29 July, 2003.
