Blues U20 scrum half Luke Evans, who joined the region last month from the Queensland Academy in Australia, scored one of his side’s five tries as the home side ran away comfortable winners against the Scarlets U20.
No.8 Kristian Dacey, wing Nathan Rees, centre Forbes Edwards and replacement wing Harry Allen scored the Blues U20’s other tries with James Thomas kicking four conversions. For the Scarlets U20, who trailed 14-0 at half time, there were two consolation penalties for Richard Cunniffe.
