Against an under strength Italian outfit, the home side ran riot with Wales squad members Ashley Beck, Rhys Webb, Dan Baker and Ryan Jones all scoring. Dan Biggar added four conversions before he and Webb left the field early in the second half.
Skipper Jonathan Spratt and full back Sam Davies also added a brace of tries apiece in a thoroughly one-sided affair.
It may have taken 20 minutes for the first try to arrive but from then on, there was only going to be one winner. Man of the match Aisea Natoga set up Spratt for the day’s opener, Biggar converting.
Beck and Webb added further tries before the interval with the home side’s half backs then departing ahead of Wales’ clash with France this Friday.
With the second half underway, Spratt completed his double and wing Natoga dived over.
Treviso were up against it to say the least but they did get some respite when Jacopo Sarto was driven over from a line out, the score improved by Mat Berquist.
But with Matthew Morgan, Biggar’s replacement, providing plenty of attacking threat, Jeff Hassler, Davies (2) and Baker all claimed quick fire scores.
Treviso’s misery was complete when Alberto di Bernardo was sin-binned, leaving Hanno Dirksen and Jones, with an exuberant dive, to complete the rout.
