Wales full-back Liam Williams will start having passed a late fitness after pulling up in the warm-up ahead of the Leinster test last weekend. Centre Regan King has failed to recover from a hamstring problem in time for the clash s and captain Ken Owens is ruled out with a neck injury.

Emyr Phillips will make his 100th appearance for the West Walians whilst Michael Tagicakibau returns to partner Harry Robsinson on the wing.
Something has to give in the clash between two of the four Guinness PRO12 teams yet to register their first win of the season. The Scarlets were left frustrated in round one, when Ulster fought back from a 12 point deficit to claim a last-play draw before they went down 42-12 to champions Leinster a week later.

But they will fancy their chances against a Benetton Treviso side still recovering from a summer of upheaval.13 Italy internationals have headed for the exit door at the Stadio Comunale di Monigo and they have paid the price. The Italians have already conceded 65 points and scored just 23 in their defeats to Ospreys and Munster.
Wayne Pivac’s men will be confident at fortress Parc Y Scarlets, where they have not lost a league clash since the Ospreys overcame them on boxing day last year.

But Treviso hold the title of being the only Italian side to win in Llanelli thanks to their victory in the same fixture two seasons ago.
Head Coach Wayne Pivac said:“We have talked a lot about getting our attitude right. We’d had a pretty good start to the season in terms of where we wanted to be.Leinster was a big speed hump and one we have got to get over pretty quickly.
“It’s a good position to be in, though. I would rather be looking at it long and hard this time of the year than say in another four weeks’ time. This is a big week, with Treviso coming up at home, and we are certainly looking to right some of the wrongs from the weekend.”
