The Wrexham born back rower has been playing rugby since she was eight years old, where she played the game alongside her brothers.

She has come through the ranks, having played for the successful Wales Under 20 side. She led Wales Under 20s to victory over England in 2011.

‘Pukka’ works for RAF Logistics as a Mover and names Cardiff Blues, Wales and British Lions flanker Martyn Williams as her most admired rugby player.
