A Dragons Academy member, Phil Dollman made his debut for the Newport Gwent Dragons senior side as a replacement against the now disbanded Border Reivers in January 2007.
He made a further nine appearances for the region during the course of the season, scoring one try against ASM Clermont Auvergne in the Dragons' European Challenge Cup campaign. He has previously represented Bedwas in the Principality Premiership.
