WRU and Six Nations chairman David Pickering looks back at 10 years of the Italians taking part in the Six Nations and forward to two Italian teams joining the Magners League next season. We also talk to Dragons wing Will Harries about the role playing for Wales Sevens has had in his current success. We look forward to the Wales U18 taking on Ireland, hearing from forwards coach Dale McIntosh, captain Thomas Young, lock Luke Hamilton and returning scrum half Aled Davies. It is alsol a chance to look at the SWALEC Cup, Plate and Bowl semi-finals, we hear from all three competitions with Cardiff taking on Llanelli and Carmarthen Quins facing Pontypridd in the Cup, while we also talk to Maesteg in the Plate and Pontardawe in the Bowl.
