The Captain’s run happens the day before each game at 11am. You and your guests will be invited down to the stadium from 11am-12pm to watch the full team train. If you wish, you are also able to go down to watch the press conference.
This is an amazing opportunity for you and your guests to have the opportunity to meet the Welsh team, and the event is invite only.
