The Captain’s Run is a unique, personal training session for the Welsh team led by Ryan Jones to prepare for their important game the following day against the Wallabies.

This is a one-off chance to watch the boys practice game-day moves, team strategy and one-on-one coaching sessions – all behind closed doors!
