We look ahead to the Junior World Championships, focussing on Pool B based in North Wales with South Africa, Samoa, Scotland and the USA. We hear from Scotland Team Manager John Jeffrey and captain Lewis Calder, son of Jim and nephew of Finlay.
Finally we go to the Principality Premiership Awards Dinner where Pontypridd’s Paul John was the Coach of the Year and Newport Mike Dams was rewarded for his services to Welsh rugby.
