The two-times European champions will head to Stradey Park on the weekend of 22/24 October, with the exact kick-off time to be confirmed following negotiations with broadcasters.
It will be a return to Wales for national skipper Colin Charvis when he comes to Rodney Parade to face the Newport-Gwent Dragons with his new side Newcastle Falcons in Round One.
But both the Neath-Swansea Ospreys and the Cardiff Blues have away days against Castres and Ulster respectively.
