Former Wales international front-row Peter Rogers makes his 50th first team appearance for Cardiff as the Blue and Blacks travel to Stradey Park to face Llanelli in the Welsh Premiership tonight.

Six Nations scrum-half Ryan Powell returns to the starting line-up, Jamie Robinson moves to inside centre paired with Nick Walne, and Anthony Sullivan returns to the wing as Dai Young makes three changes from the side that beat Swansea 32-19 at St Helens on 24 January.

Both Llanelli and Cardiff have six points from four matches played in this season’s Welsh Premiership.
