Caerphilly, the only Welsh Premiership side included in the Principality Cup sixth round draw will play tough Lloyds TSB Division One side Llandovery in the plum tie of the round.
In other games, Carmarthen are at home to Aberavon on January 25, and Division Five Central side Nantymoel, the only team outside the top two divisions still in the Cup, travel to Bedwas, who are mid-table in Division One.
The remaining eight Premiership teams will join the competition for Round Seven. They will join the eight Round Six winners.
