South Africa Shuffle Their Pack For Second Test

Springbok coach Rudolf Straeuli has shuffled his side set to face Wales at Newlands on Saturday.
He has named a squad of 22 that will play in the second test after the Dragons gave them a real fright in the opening match.
In come centre De Wet Barry, openside flank Corne Krige, utility back Werner Greeff and lock Hottie Louw, while Victor Matfield, Andre Snyman, Warren Britz and, through injury, Ricardo Loubscher have been left out.
Both Krige and Barry had originally been pencilled into the squad for the first test but were struck down with a rib and ankle injury respectively.
Having recovered they have replaced Britz and Snyman who underperformed for the Boks in the 34-19 win in Bloemfontein.
Straeuli said: “It is encouraging that the likes of Krige and Barry have recovered from injury. They add depth to our 22. Naturally, there will be disappointed players, but the onus on those who have not made it is to fight their way back.
“The positive from Bloemfontein was that we won, but we as a team are constantly looking for improvement.”
Meanwhile, Steve Hansen is poised to name his team for the crunch second test on Thursday with Wales’ 1,000th international player Michael Owen expected to keep his place in the wake of a sensational debut.
