Crabb was one of the first group of players to receive retainer contracts in January 2022 with the WRU before being offered a full-time deal from July 1.
She made her international debut against Hong Kong in 2018 aged 19 and has been a mainstay of the side ever since.
She grew up in Ynystawe, Swansea and was previously a football goalkeeper until picking up a rugby ball with Pencoed aged 16 before joining Hendy Girls and being picked up by the Ospreys.
Gwen has a degree in Strength & Conditioning, Rehab and Massage from Cardiff Met and is a selfemployed personal trainer.
