Georgia took up rugby aged 17 at Yeovil College before moving to Wales to study at University of South Wales.

She joined her family’s club Ynysybwl before joining Pontyclun where she was selected for the Blues during the 2017/18 season. She was soon spotted and went on to win her first cap against
Spain in November 2019 while still with Pontyclun.

A cousin of ex-Wales fly half Ceri Sweeney, Evans made her Saracens debut in 2020 against Worcester Warriors. She has since become an integral part of the side and was part of the 2021/22 Premier15s winning squad, having recovered from a serious arm injury.
