Since making her debut against Scotland in 2018, she has performed heroics in defence and become an integral part of Ioan Cunningham’s defensive strategy.
Lewis, who was born and bred in Abergwili, Carmarthen, attended Ysgol Nantgaredig and Ysgol Bro Myrddin and played for Carmarthen Quins from the age of six.
An all round sportswoman, she played competitive tennis and competed at athletics amongst other sports, and also represented Great Britain at the world junior surf championships.
