Speedster Dyer made his debut for the Dragons in 2017 as an 18-year-old in the Anglo Welsh Cup against Saracens.
He began his rugby career at the age of 12 with Risca RFC before switching to Pill Harriers where he came to the attentions of Dragons U16s.
Dyer went to Bassaleg School, he played for Pill Harriers and Newport High School Old Boys, and has also played for Wales on the HSBC Sevens World Series.
