Griffin has been a part of the successful Exiles programme and has been a part of the Bath Rugby Academy since the age of 13. The tighthead prop was key to Bath Rugby U18s most successful season to date in the 2018/19 season. His sheer size, strength and technical ability at the scrum sets the front rower up well to become a destructive scrummager.
Griffin signed Senior Academy terms with Bath ahead of the 2019/20 season and has represented Wales at U18 level.
