Playmaker Ben Jones came through the Cardiff Blues Academy, and has played for Pontypridd and Merthyr in the Principality Premiership.
He has been a key member of the Wales U20 squad in recent seasons, and with his confidence, skill and pace proved himself more than capable of pulling the strings for his side in the World Rugby Sevens Series after making his debut in Dubai.
