Former policeman Ben Whitehouse joined the professional ranks at the same time as his fellow academy referee, Craig Evans, in 2015.
He was identified very early as a referee with huge potential and followed in the footsteps of his father Nigel Whitehouse, who also refereed at the highest level.
Coming through the ranks in the Principality Premiership, British & Irish Cup, LV=Cup, he is now a regular on the Guinness PRO14 circuit and in Europe in the Heineken Champions Cup
