The Welsh Rugby Union Group is seeking to appoint a Junior Graphic Designer to provide creative and design assistance to the in-house Graphic Design Team within the Commercial Team. You will be responsible for the Group's creative services from high profile match ticketing campaigns to small one-off jobs.

The Welsh Rugby Union Group are seeking to appoint a Customer Care Officer who will be required to deliver a first class proactive customer service team on behalf of the WRU Group and act as the first point of contact for all stakeholders engaging with the WRU Group in relation to ticket sales and delivery, customer enquiries and customer complaints.

Job Description:
The Welsh Rugby Union Group is seeking to appoint a Tour Guide on a part-time basis who will be responsible for providing tours of the Principality Stadium to members of the public. You will be responsible for the provision of information regarding the stadium and the history of the site as well as maintaining levels of safe practice throughout. Other responsibilities will include: taking telephone calls and making Tours bookings, answering emails, the promotion and marketing of Principality Stadium Tours and, maintaining the tour route to ensure the highest level of presentation at all times.
